Shipping Policy

Order Shipment:

  • Your order will be delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 business days.

  • Cargo delivery time may vary depending on the cargo company you choose and the delivery address.

  • After your order is delivered to the cargo company, your cargo tracking number will be notified by e-mail.

  • You can track the status of your order with your cargo tracking number on the cargo company's website.

Shipping Fee:

  • The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight and volume of your order.

  • The shipping fee will be shown to you before your order is completed.

  • Free shipping may be offered over a certain order amount.

Delivery Address:

  • Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you specified when placing your order.

  • If you want to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Damaged Products:

  • When your cargo package is delivered, check if the package is damaged.

  • If you notice that the package is damaged, do not accept the package by keeping a record with the cargo officer.

  • If the damaged package is received, check if the products are damaged.

  • If you find that the products are damaged, please contact us within 7 days.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Products to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.

  • To return or exchange an item, please contact us to notify us of your return or exchange request.

  • Once your return or exchange request is approved, you need to send the product to us by cargo.

  • The shipping fee is covered by the customer or the company depending on the reason for the return or exchange.

 

Refund:

  • When the product is returned, the product price is refunded to the customer within 14 days.

Exchange:

  • In case of exchange, the product can be exchanged with the same product or a different product depending on the stock status.

  • In the exchange process, if there is a price difference between the products, an additional fee may be requested from the customer or the excess payment may be refunded to the customer.

 

Exceptions:

  • Products manufactured specifically for the individual cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Digital content (e-books, music, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
